Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the Society for Tropical Veterinary Medicine (STVM) and the Association of Institutions for Tropical Veterinary Medicine (AITVM) have agreed to arrange the first joint conference of both organisations in Berlin in 2016. The AITVM-STVM conference will be entitled: “Tropical Animal Diseases and Veterinary Public Health: Joining Forces to Meet Future Global Challenges“ and will be THE meeting-place for all colleagues with an interest in tropical veterinary medicine and animal production.

We hope and expect this conference to open a new era within the expanding field of tropical veterinary medicine. It will be the starting point for future collaboration between the two organizations.

We are very much looking forward to meeting with you in Berlin 2016.
